Privacy Policy
Aydus Technologies ("Aydus," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website aydus.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information We Collect
Analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized information about how visitors use this site. This may include:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search engine
- Browser type, device category, and operating system
- General geographic location (country or region — not precise location)
- Interactions such as link clicks and scroll depth
GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying information through our implementation. IP addresses are anonymized before processing.
Contact data. If you contact us by email at hello@aydus.com, we receive the information you include in that message (name, email address, and message content). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) may log standard request metadata including IP address, request path, and timestamp for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for tracking.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

- Legitimate interests — Processing of infrastructure logs to maintain security and availability of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Contract — If you contact us regarding a potential business relationship, processing your contact details is necessary to respond (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Cookies
We use cookies only for analytics, and only after you have consented. See our Cookie Policy for a full list of cookies used, their purpose, and how to opt out.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4. We use GA4, operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When analytics are enabled, data is transmitted to Google's servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
