Aydus Technologies ("Aydus," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website aydus.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

Analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized information about how visitors use this site. This may include:

  • Interactions such as link clicks and scroll depth

GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying information through our implementation. IP addresses are anonymized before processing.

Contact data. If you contact us by email at hello@aydus.com, we receive the information you include in that message (name, email address, and message content). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.

Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) may log standard request metadata including IP address, request path, and timestamp for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for tracking.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent — Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them via our cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Legitimate interests — Processing of infrastructure logs to maintain security and availability of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Contract — If you contact us regarding a potential business relationship, processing your contact details is necessary to respond (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4. We use GA4, operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When analytics are enabled, data is transmitted to Google's servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Analytics data collected via GA4 is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Contact emails are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Infrastructure logs are retained for no longer than 90 days.

6. International Data Transfers

Our website is hosted on Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3 (AWS), and analytics are processed by Google LLC in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, these transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses and AWS's Data Processing Addendum.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
